Cancellation Policy: This policy is for every participant who travels with Route 23 and chooses not to purchase Third Party Travel Insurance / Cancellation Protection. You may (in writing) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund within five days following your initial payment. Beyond the five-day grace period, if you cancel your reservation for any reason there will be no refund unless you have purchased third party travel insurance. If the trip does not meet the minimum person requirement then it will cancel and the group will receive a full refund.

Route 23 Recommendations:
Third Party Travel Insurance Options: We recommend visiting travelinsurance.com to get multiple quotes from various travel insurance companies for the best rates and coverage.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing by or on behalf of the participant registered for the trip. You can email john@route23tours.com or via mail to 7453 Wren Dr, Davison, MI 48423.
Refunds: All refunds are only issued to the primary contact and issued using the original form of payment on the account. Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receiving the request.

Route 23 Tours, represent and are the agents for certain carefully selected carriers, transportation companies, tour operators, hotels, wholesalers and service companies, all of which are independent, disclosed principals. Route 23 Tours and it’s agents are not responsible for any negligent act or omission by any of these organizations. In addition, Route 23 Tours and it’s agents do not assume any liability for any personal injury on property and reserved the right to alter the printed itinerary or schedule and any feature thereof any tour or trip as may be necessary with or without notice. It is understood by the customer that Route 23 Tours and it’s agents also reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of these tours at any time for any reason whatsoever.
